TropKillaz is actually a duo made up by two popular Brazilian producers. DJ Zegon is an old school producer while Laudz is the new producer. If you are a fan of these two, this is the perfect time for you to get to know these two more! DJ Zegon is one of the most respected producers and DJs in the Brazilian music industry. He has been in the music industry for 20 years now. During his stay in the industry, he was given a chance to work in more than one hundred records which include various collaborations with famous misc stars like Kanye West, David Byrne, M.I.A., George Clinton and many others. He was also a former band member of the N.A.S.A. And he was able to go on their concert tours all over the world for their debut album entitled “The Spirit of Apollo”. He was also able to perform in big music festivals like Coachella.
On the other hand, Laudz is quite a newbie to the music industry. Despite being in the music industry for just five years, he was already given a chance to work with the big names in the music industry like DR. Dre and Snoop Dogg. In addition to this, he has already collaborated with the most popular hip hop MC's in Brazil. These two decided to work together and form a duo. They decided to create an album full of club music with a hint of Trap, Bass, Hip Hop, electronic and Latino sounds. The world first noticed this duo when they launched their underground hit entitled “Mambo”. They got even more popular when they collaborated with the Yellow Claw and came up with the track “Assets”. With this track, it is very clear that TropKillaz has invaded the Trap movement.
The duo has also been featured in the Run The Trap’s Top 10 Trap Duos. In addition to this, their remix of “Hide” by N.A.S.A was included in Top 10 iTunes Electronic Charts for both UK and US. They also enjoyed collaborating with Major Lazer to create remixes. TropKillaz have produced 50 original remixes and tracks and it looks like they are here to stay and bring colors to the music industry.
