About Simon Patterson

Simon Patterson is a producer, trance artist and music composer from London. He was born on 24th September, in 1981. Simon had a good career in music business. He got a good experience while dealing with music market, money and musicians.

Simon could be one of the great DJs at present that started DJing in 2000. His creative approaches and sounds have attracted the public. He is capable of producing many kinds of musical styles such as edgy riffs, spin tingling melodies and sometimes very techy moods.

Simon has been signed to renowned records including Spinnin’ Records. He gets his real inspiration and support from Armin van BurrenTiesto, Dyk, Ferry Corsten and Judge Jules.

He is a man who can combine his musical knowledge with elements of techno and electronica.

He was residing in Belfast and moved to London to boost his musical career. At the beginning, he started working with Dave Lambert at top Universal dance label AM:PM. Later, he got opportunity to work with Nick Halkes of A&R man. Then he worked in two biggest shows on Radio 1.

Simon’s career as a musician did not come until 2004 when he came up with ‘One to Watch for the future’. In the past years, Simon was busy in working for some great parties.

Simon is also a part of Dogzilla (one of the top DJs) with Richard Kayvan.

In the year, 2006, Simon Patterson came up with his first solo single called "F-16".. as he was working in Dogzilla, he felt that he would do better if he left Dogzilla. After leaving Dogzilla, Simon concentrated into his solo career alone. In 2010, Patterson was ranked 28th in the "Top 100 DJs" vote by DJ Magazine.

Simon has released a number of releases as well as remixes throughout his carrier.
