About Phillip Boa & The VoodooClub

Phillip Boa & The Voodooclub is a band from Germany, founded by Ernst Ulrich Figgen (vocals, guitar - aka Phillip Boa - b. 18 Jan 1963, in Dortmund, Germany), in 1985. Currently, other members inc: Pia Lund (vocals), Oliver Klemm (guitar), Maik Timmermann (bass), Moses Pellberg (drums) & Detlef Götte (keyboards, percussion). With Tony Visconti (guitar, co-producer), 1989 releases: "Hair" (album) & "Container Love" (single), gained commercial success & international acknowledgement. (Last.fm)
