Lucas Cornelis Van Scheppingen is a DJ/producer that was born on October 22, 1976 in Manila, Philippines. He was inspired by song of Mozart and Beethoven and later on as he getting older, he was applying it on his own music. He nurture his maturity in The Netherlands and had opportunity to worked with David Guetta as well as Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso (Nebat Drummer), Axwell and Example to perform in different countries including Japan and North America. He released her first debut album called “Psyched Up” in the year 1998 and “Electronic Satisfaction”.
Luke performed a remix version for Green Velvet for “Land of the Lost” and “Bang the Acid” by Damon Wild & Tim Taylor. In the year 2003 he released “Windmill Skill” and “Daft Punk” along with that he launched his album entitled “Ibiza Closing Party in October 2008 and was featured in Mixmag. In the year 2007, he introduced his single remixes “Hypnotize” featuring Stephen Granville, “Get Dumb” together with Axwell, Steve and Sebastian that ranked as number 45 in Netherlands Mega Chart. One year later, he followed his singles “Generation Noise” feat Roman Salzger & Boogshe, “Show” with Tom Stephen and Romanthony. For 2009, he released “Show Me Love: Remix” along with Steve and Robin S. it reached number 64 in Austria Top 40 Chart, number 25 in France, number 93 in Germany and number 11 in UK.
He was nominated as Best European DJ Award by 27th Dance Music Awards. Luke and his wife Gina worked together in the project called “Nouveau Yorican” and after that he continues doing remixes such as ‘Step by Step” and “Shine Your Light” by Gregor Salto in 2009 and “Timebomb” and “Till Tonight” with Jonathan Mendelsohn followed by “Turbulence” with Steve Aoki that was released on 17th of July 2011. Soon after, he launched “Natural Disaster” featuring Example that was out on October 4, 2011 in US while October 16, 2001 ion UK. it was written by him, Example and Dipesh Parmar and along with that his music video that was out on September 12, 2011. The single was peaked at number 4 in UK Indie, number 49 in Belgium and number 35 in Scotland. Aside from being a producer and DJ, he loves also Kung Fu and Choy Li Fut which he contributed with Team Kung Fu (Holland) that won 23 gold medals plus 5 silver medals.
