About Future

FUTURE is an American rap artist famous for his unique style, vocal and songs of his own authorship. His songs sound unusually as he widely uses Auto-Tune while singing or rapping. His tracks are supported by high-quality music of fine professional production and his texts always become popular among the audience. Future is also known in musical industry as a record producer. His real name is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn. His native city is the Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta. Future was born on the 20th of November in 1983. Wilburn started his creative way with the Dungeon Family band. Actually there he got his alias "the Future".

Young rapper began his career in the world of modern music as a songwriter. And his talent in this sphere is undoubted that is proved by bright examples of his collaboration with such famous artists like Rihanna, Ludacris and many others.

After releasing a several mixtapes , like , "1000", "True Story", "Dirty Sprite" in 2010 - 2011 he made a deal with L.A. Reid and A1 Recordings. Wilburn founded his own musical label - Freebandz Entertainment aka F.B.G. at the end of 2012. Future started to work on his first studio album called "Pluto" which he released in spring in 2012. It was a success and included five tracks that were charted on the Billboard Hot 100. There are remixes of "Magic" featuring T.I., "Tony Montana" featuring Drake in the album. It was re-released in November and he called it "Pluto 3D" as it contained three brand new songs. A couple of years later Future released his next album "Honest". After this project, which sold 48,791 copies, Future dropped three mixtapes - "Monster", "Beast Mode", and "56 Nights".

The 3rd studio album called "DS2" appeared in July, 2012 and it was a sequel of his early mixtape "Dirty Spite". It attained 121 000 sales just during the 1st week and thus it was Wilburn's first No. 1 album on Billboard.

In 2015 year Future and rapper from Canada Drake produced a mixtape "What a time to be alive" which was a success and sold more than 334,000 copies. He released 4th studio album "EVOL" in February, 2016. One year later he announced and released one more album. And Future now tour takes place this summer in order to support this album.

Drake and Future tour

Future and Drake tour was titled "Summer Sixteen Tour" and it contained sixty performances in North America. Drake and Future tour dates covered the middle of the summer till the middle of the autumn.
