About Flat Out Strangers
Robbie Grice and George Fulton formed Flat Out Strangers as a duo about 10 years ago after playing together for many years in the Rockabilly band The Losers--along with bass virtuoso Tony Makarome. Grice started his rockabilly journey a few years earlier playing with the popular Rockabilly 88 later called The 88’s. Also in the lineup was Mark W. Winchester, late of Emmylou Harris’s Nash Ramblers and The Brian Setzer Orchestra. Grice and Fulton were later joined by Finklea Tomlinson and Larry Klein, who both meshed perfectly with the sound and the philosophical pursuit of all things hillbilly. (Last.fm)
