About Crazy Town

Is a US rap metal group popularly known also known as “CxT”, “Crazy Town” was shaped in 1995 by talented duo Bret Mazur and Seth Binzer who happens to rap together since their childhood. The original band is composed of seven members based in Los Angeles, California. Current members include Bret “Epic” Mazur, Seth “Shifty” Binzer, Doug “Faydoe” Miller, Kraig “Squirrel” Tyler and Anthony “Trouble” Valli. They are popularly known for their 2000 – 2001 single, “Butterfly” that toped the highest spot on the “US Billboard Hot 100” chart. The combination and collaboration resulted to fruition of a intro album entitled “The Gift of Game”. And after Butterfly, it reached the level of platinum and has continued selling millions of copies.

On November, 2002, the follow up album “Darkhorse” was released and produced by “Howard Benson”. The second album achieved low commercial success and the track “Drowning” and “Hurt You So Bad” that never charted at all. In 2003,shortly after the “Darkhorse” release, they were disbanded. Crazy Town’s members pursued independent careers like most members of other broke bands

In the later part of 2007, “Crazy Town” told that the enduring members were reunited and were running on a brand new album with a tentative tittle“Crazy Town Is Back” to be introduce sometime next year - 2008. But sadly, the album went bust.

On the 28th August, 2009, the band reunited and performedon stage for the “first time“ in 5 years at “Les Deux”, in “Hollywood” in “California”.

On 7th of August, 2010 “Crazy Town” played in unity a new track entitled “Come Inside” at the Festival SRH FEST 20100 in California.

“Crazy Town“ introduced a new song throughout 2011 called “My Place” shown on YouTube and two new other songs to be exact “Hard To Get” and “Hit That Switch” thru their Myspace social media page.

In 2013, “Shifty” and “Epic” announced in an interview that “Crazy Town” is “recording” a new album “The Brimstone Sluggers”. And also the same year, they created social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter) for the band. And inthe later part of the year, they offered the song “Lemonface” from their forthcoming album as a “free download” dedicated to their loyal fans.
